Refund Policy

• All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in sell-able condition. This means the items are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells etc. Items must still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags. Items returned not in sell-able condition will only receive a partial refund or in extreme circumstances returned to sender.
• The 30-day time return period starts once you receive your order. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 60 days. 
• Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error of ActionHeat will receive a refund of up to 50% of the items price.
• Due to the nature of some product, not all items are eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes motorcycle helmets and personal care products. If you need approval, please contact our CS team.
• If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us within 3-days of delivery.
• Refunds will be issued back to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless approved by agent due to special circumstances)
• Many of the items we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In this case, the items should be shipped to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

With a Prepaid Label:

Step 1: Package up the return safely and securely. Note your tracking number for reference.

Step 2: Stick the pre-paid label on the box.

Without a Prepaid Label:

• If you do not have a prepaid label from us, please send back your package however you choose. We suggest noting your tracking number and getting adequate insurance for your return.

Exchange Products: 2 EASY OPTIONS

Option 1: Express Exchange

This is the quickest and easiest way to get your new items to you. Place a new order online or call our Customer Service Team on 123-456-7890 and we will get your exchange on the road straight away! Then you are responsible to send back the unwanted items for a refund by following the instructions above. 

Option 2: Standard Exchange

Send back your unwanted item(s) using the above the instructions. Once received, we will process the exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for a standard exchange. (NOTE: Please allow 7-14 days during holiday season)

Warnings:

1. Use carefully. Do not use while sleeping or unconscious.

2. Unattended use of electrically heated products on children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.

3. Due to the nature of battery heated products, they may cause burns or discomfort. Consult a physician prior to use on sensitive skin or if you may have a medical condition affecting circulations or skin sensitivity.

4. In the rare event of experiencing discomfort or any sensation of overheating while using any Clima-Rez product, immediately remove the product and unplug any wires and power packs.

5. Do not attempt to disassemble or alter the power bank or any part of this product.

6. Do not store below -4F or above 140F.

7. Do not allow batteries or power banks to come in contact with water or other liquids. If water or other liquids enter the power bank’s interior immediately unplug the product from the power bank. Continued use of a potentially damaged product may result in fire or electrical shock.

8. Do not place this product near a heat source or expose batteries or power packs to direct flame or heat as it may cause an explosion.
